HOW DO I FIND MY HOST?
We are going at it "old school" until our application is launched. You will receive an e-mail from Tailgate Connect with information including an aerial map of your host's location.
HOW ARE GUESTS AND HOSTS PAIRED?
We will do our best to accomodate all requests made by the guest or host. We will not match the Fireball guzzling fan with a Chardonay sipping crew so as to not ruin the already established synergy of the existing tailgate.
HOW ARE HOSTS COMPENSATED?
A personal check will be issued within 14 days following the tailgate in which they hosted.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
For Season Pass members, Tailgate Connect must be notified 48 hours in advance. For Game Day guests, Tailgate Connect must be notified 72 hours in advance.
WHAT IS THE CLEAN-UP POLICY?
Guests are not responsible to assist in the tailgate clean up process. However, it is recommended that the guest assist where and when they can in order to receive a greater feedback rating from the host.
HOW ARE AGENTS COMPENSATED?
A personal check will be issued with 14 days of the completed tailgate. Agents and Ambassadors are compensated $25 for each Season Pass Package and $5 for each successful Game Day Package.
WHAT ARE HOSTS RESPONSIBLE FOR?
As a host, you must provide an adequate amount of cooked food and adult beverages for your guests. You are also responsible for reasonable comfort amenities including seating, and protection or shading should weather require. The host is also responsible for the introduction of the guest/s to their other guests in the tailgate party. Please keep in mind that all tailgate hosts receive a feedback rating.
DOES MY FEE INCLUDE A TICKET TO THE GAME?
Unfortunately, no. The price of the package is for the tailgating service ONLY.
